Very clean and the manager was there to let us in even thoufh we didnt arrive till 9.30pm⁸

very conveniently located, plenty of parking available, easy check in and friendly staff.

would’ve been helpful to have a mirror in the main room next to an outlet as bathroom had no outlets. also the room said it had air conditioning/heating but didn’t! other than that everything was great :)

busy noisy road sound of people talking in rooms either side carried .. rubbish bins not emptied daily milk not topped up a misunderstanding with the number of nights we were staying & told we owed for a 3rd night that we had already paid for .. sorted but was an extra stress

The central location to restaurants and the city centre

Would benefit with décor updates such as lighter paint in rooms. No coat hangers in wardrobes No coffee plunger in kitchen or much extra toilet paper.

Access was easy, both to the motel (right on a key road in the city) and from the car park to the room. Appreciated that it was a ground floor room.

The interior of the room was dated and aged. We had to get help to access the TV, but the only water supply was from the bathroom. No washing up facility.
