Clean inside and handy location

The outside could do with the gardens being tidied and the units could do with some tidy bistro settings with table instead of those horrible chairs on wheels.

How friendly they were and how easy it was to book

Room was not the same as the pictures. After complaining we got moved to the room in the pictures but couldn’t sleep as the room had no sound proofing from the main road our front. Bathroom has no extractor fan and window that was there opened out to the main pathway. The shower leaked so the tiles were very slippery. The bed was a thin mattress and uncomfortable. The shower had two shower heads and one dripped cold water on to you. Walls were paper thin so could hear everything the person in the room next to is and everything going on in the hallway. Rang booking.com and they told me I had to sort it with the hotel and no refunds would be given so we booked another hotel and checked out early.

Terrible customer service. The hotel refused to provide any refund despite our situation and showed no understanding or flexibility. The staff were dismissive when we tried to communicate. Very disappointing experience.
