Fairway Hotel

I accepted room I was a mum alone with 2 young daughters attending a wkend dance competition at Tower .location perfect as I stayed at your B&b in December.. however this time I was met with dirty bedding to point I had a quad room yet me and my kids had to share a double bed as single were filthy..as for shower ..we struggled to get a shower the shower leaked under neath more than came out shower head im appaled that when wen did get water it was freezing ... in all honesty i want to request a refund unfortunately I won't be staying at the venue again

The room wasn't clean bedding was filthy wouldn't let my 6year old even sleep in thst bed

Couldn't shower, as either scalded you or was freezing, very cramped un in dated, was put on the very top floor mountains of stairs to climb , it states they change your towels but they don't, wouldn't stay again but thanks too the lovely lady that works there it wasn't all bad

When we arrived they couldn’t find the key The room was too small The beds were uncomfortable The cot bed was dirty The room was dirty The bathroom was dirty Not enough toilet roll There was no hot water The shower leaked Nobody emptied the bin

The room size, location, the owners were lovely.

The lock on the door was loose and we had afew problems the temperature of the shower
