Not much

Got into the room and it was absolutely filthy - looked like someone was still using it Left over bottles of pop and alcohol Bathroom was filthy - used towels and stains down the toilet Beds were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been changed Want to a refund from the place as we had to book a different hotel

Sorry nothing. Apart from politeness of the lady we spoke with. Prime location to main strip.

Property requires updating badly, a good clean, new furniture, redecorating, there was an Awful smell in the property, did not feel comfortable staying.
