Fairway Hotel

Location was fabulous. Short walk to main attraction’s. Staff lovely Easy to find the paid parking just a few minutes from the property.

Recommend to the owner to please put a new mattress on the beds ! Lumpy and bumpy! Street noise was annoying but it was apart of the experience

Nothing. It was filthy and in total disrepair.

Filthy hotel. Medical emergency in the room next door led to a member of my party having to provide basic life support until an ambulance arrived. No staff in hotel responding to screams from the other occupant. Children were absolutely traumatised. Beds were filthy and stained, rooms not hoovered and in total disrepair. No hot water in showers no shower curtain or screens. Stains all over walls and paper hanging off. Another member of our parties room was entered not once but twice unauthorised and suitcases looked through. Leaks throughout the hotel, bar a joke nothing in it. Rooms stinking of sewage. Fans disgustingly caked in dust. Owner accepts no wrong doing or responsibility for anything. Dirty, horrible hotel do not book this hotel it is truly awful.

Location was good staff were friendly

It was run down definitely needed an update and a good clean. Bed sheets and towels were dirty.

It wasn’t clean It was very dated The one plug socket was upside down There was no where to plug the kettle in - not that I would have drank out a cup from there The shower head looked like it had never been cleaned You could hardly see out the windows and the windows didn’t close properly It took three times speaking to staff to get issued 2 very different sized towels

Location was perfect.

We booked a Quad Room but it wasn't available when we got there. To be fair the guy in there did help us out and we had an extra mattress shoved into a very small room. There was barely room to walk round the beds. The security lock on the front door was baffling and hadn't been explained when we got there. I guess you can ask 'what do you get for that money' ?....my answer would be 'the room we asked for'

The bed was really comfortable and overall the hotel was good value for money.
