Fairway Hotel

The room on ground floor was spacious, Aimen the manager and Jack in the bar were very helpful, kind and understanding of the issues and complaints we had.

Claire the owner. We were literally shocked at how rude she was when we were simply reporting a leak in the ceiling of the room we were staying in. She was intimidating, aggressive and made it very clear that she didn’t care about our thoughts. We only had chance to report one issue as she walked off when we were talking saying she didn’t have time to talk, she’s had enough of people moaning and taking her money and would not address what we were saying. She made my 9 year old son cry as he was scared of the way she was treating us and shouting at us. It is absolutely not acceptable how we were treated. It was so bad that the issues we have seem trivial after how she left us feeling. You go on holiday to leave your problems behind and not have the owner of the accommodation you stay in create some. A hotel should be at the absolute minimum be clean and have polite staff.

We had a fab time in Blackpool, we stayed at the fairway hotel which was a great location for everything, the price of the hotel was great as well. Claire the owner was just amazing! So friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back down

Room was filthy. Don’t look like it has seen an hoover for the last six months. Shower leaked out of the cubicle and flooded the entire bathroom The towels were stained and threadbare There was someone else’s rubbish and an half eaten chocolate bar in the room on arrival The main light didn’t work There was a floater in the toilet There was no coffee shampoo or shower gel(all advertised) In all honesty if we hadn’t arrived later on and been on a time schedule I definitely would have asked for a refund and found somewhere else to stay And yes I probably should have complained but we had somewhere to be and didn’t have time to . We left as soon as we could next morning

Been staying here years and absolutely love it here fab location near everythink that we need,always go above and beyond,nothing is to much trouble,always a good atmosphere,rooms are always clean and never had an issue,always feel welcome and have such a good time,a lovley place to stay with family or friends,always look forward to our stay 😀
