They had double booked and sent us to another hotel which was terrible

"Could've been a lovely stay with a few things that needed fixing."

Location is perfect and the staff were lovely.

There was no soap,shower was cold and wouldn't heat up. The worst thing was getting dripped on from the ceiling,there were a few water marks,when someone was using the shower above the ceiling leaked water and then dripped quite alot onto me and the bed below. The lady on duty was lovely but didn't offer me any compensation.
