Location was great friendly staff lovely rooms

Rooms were a little small

The owner was very nice and welcoming

No breakfast available

A none leaking ceiling and a dry carpet also a 3 hour plus to get into our room just somewhere to rest our heads and that’s about it.

Easy check in, convenient location decently priced

The room was slightly dirty! Needed a good Hoover and a wipe round. There was pot noodle left over spilt all over the draws.

Bed was comfortable

Socks from previous guests still under the bed and some kind of costume jewellery Hot water tap not working on the basin the same tap leaking water from under tap.

Good location, very friendly host.

Needs a bit of maintenance and redecorating in room

Staff were extremely accommodating. Downstairs in the bar area was perfect for our needs, child friendly.

There was no hot water in the room. Bed side lights did not work. Appeared to be near the stop tap in the room. We could hear running water through the night which disturbed sleep. No kick plate in the bathroom which had sharp wood sticking up. No handles on windows.

Bed was quite comfy

Karaoke went on to 2am. The rooms did not protect against this sound. Even in our room we couldn't hear each other
