Grand Meteora Hotel

Only one night but great comfort and good breakfast hotel close to all restaurant

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet location that has a wonderful view of Meteora. Don't do the train for a day tour of Meteora from Athens Come for an overnight or 2 and stay here.You will love the peacefulness. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was way more choices than anyone would ever need and tasty. Google maps will take you right there and there is signage telling you each turn. Include a trip to see these unbelievable monasteries and rocks and stay here. It's a once in a lifetime trip worth making.

Wonderful comfortable room. God bed, nice AC, nice shower, OK breakfast. Elegant accommodations and great tour of monasteries booked by hotel staff! Really nice tour and well worth not having to drive and park.

We had an excellent stay and lovely breakfasts. The staff is very helpful. The views from the rooms are magnificent.

The location could not be more beautiful! The most wonderful sensation of peace on earth! The hotel staff were not just helpful, by very courteous!

we arrived to the hotel late at night - there was no water for us in the room when i went to the reception and asked for water the charged me for 2 euro !!! no coffee or tea in the room the safe was close for the price they charched i would excpect to get all the above..... Disappointing!!!!!

Very nice hotel - excellent for corporate meetings, all brand-new and modern. The views from the balconies of the Meteora rocks are breathtaking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely appointed, comfy bed, excellent AC. The wi-fi wasn't very strong but apparently it's sort of weak in the whole town (according to the hotel clerk).

Great staff, English speaking and friendly. Unobstructed view of Meteora, clean, and a great breakfast! Great internet which isn't always the case at all hotels.

Definitely below our expectations. Hotel had only a handful of its many rooms occupied in first week of August. No way to secure our door from the inside - the electronic lock kept it unlocked even after we were issued and locked it with a physical key. The luxurious decor, the noise reverberation, the emptiness of the building, and the room door issues made for an eerie overall experience.
