Radisson Hotel Plovdiv

Room was warm but the window opened. The restaurant was fine. The room well cleaned and the service decent. Nice place to stay

Buen hotel. Personal muy amable y atento, dispuesto a solucionar cualquier incidencia. La habitación muy espaciosa, amplia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario en su categoría. El desayuno muy variado, de calidad y con un café Nescafe espectacular, de los más ricos que he probado en hoteles.

It is a lovely, new, and well maintained hotel with a friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fast wireless internet access. Breakfast was pretty good too. It is a tad far from the city center, but overall a good value for your money.

I'd say it was an okay experience. The room is a good size and reception staff are friendly, but I had a few problems: 1. There was a big party held in the hotel on the day arrived, and there were loud music going on until very late at night. I could hear the music in my room and was difficult to sleep. 2. Their gym is in the basement and not very inviting. 3. Staff in the restaurant is not very helpful. I've asked a lady if she could heat up my take-away food in a microwave, and she flatly said No. Only if I suggested I could pay for it, she decided to help me.

Perfect from all aspects: large and clean rooms with effectice air conditioning on hottest days, very friendly and helpful staff - was impressed

Great hotel with all the facilities you could need for your stay. Great breakfast. The dinner menu could be improved but Plovdiv has so many other great restaurants so not a huge problem. Whisky lounge is a great spot to relax and focus in.

Pleasant stay in a nice hotel.

Great service from all the staff who were incredibly helpful and polite. The hotel is in an ideal location, around 5 mins by taxi to the city centre and it has all the local amenities you need. The wifi is also very strong and breakfast is good. The only disappoint is the spa, the treatments are not the best although they are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place.
