An automated hostel (I had no physical interaction with anybody), that will let you be happy in Seville. Just don’t expect room service or daily cleaning. It all went well, except for the hours when the reception phone is not answered (apparently before 2 pm).

The heater was not working, I sent a message on the WhatsApp number no reply.

Person, who was responsible to give information how to get the key from accommodation, speaks Spanish and Russian. So, I needed help to communicate with her. You can hear the neighbours and smell their smoke. The facilities needs a huge renovation.

Multiple clients had trouble following instructions to check in. I helped them but it disturbed my evening and I don’t care to play concierge.

It's location was optimal,small bathroom, good sized room, towels, linen provided, ac worked, but not all of the amenities that we thought were on offer actually were available.

The place was dirty, the photos they use for advertising are either carefully placed or old. The private bathroom was down a small hallway. The shower head, ceiling, and floor around the shower/toilet has mold on them. The shower was so small you hit the sink and toilet while trying to avoid touching the curtain. The bed was ok, but the noise from outside on the street and the room Nextdoor were bad. It said no smoking but the owner smokes and it drifts upstairs. I was on the 3rd floor with a very narrow stair walk up - not normally a problem For me but if there were a fire that’s the only way out! The site says multilingual but I wasn’t even sure if the woman was speaking Spanish - I can normally’get by’ by couldn’t understand a word which complicated access for me. I sent 3 messages in Spanish confirming a 10pm arrival and received no instructions, so had to make an expensive call and try to figure it out. If I could have found somewhere else I would have left for my 2 nights. If they cleaned it thoroughly, cleared the mold, decorated, etc it might be better, but I paid way too much for 2 bad nights.

This place is kind of tacky. The sheet for the double bed was a little small, there’s no trash bin in the bedroom, the room is small so no large enough to move around. One of the side light bulbs was missing. The bathroom is really small as well as the shower. We weren’t given hand towels and the bath towels were very old and even had holes. They really need to upgrade the premises in every way.

Very decent for the price

Positive: lady waited for us to give us our key . It is close to downtown by foot. Negative: Bathroom has mold .In our room it was a big spider web. Would I stay again? No
