Nice hotel and great breakfast

A great hotel, right on Loch Ness super attentive staff, amazing food and craft beer Room was smallish but very nice and comfortable

We stay here for our last night in Scotland, we got an upgrade to a lovely big room with a balcony, huge bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We wish we had time to stay for breakfast as the food looked yummy.

Nice location, great view of Loch Ness. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was excellent. Only downside, was in the hall and room, it had a musty smell of dampness that was quite unpleasant. Opening the windows for a while fixed our room, but the hallway was rough.

Nice new room and amazing breakfast

Had a brilliant stay at the Clansman hotel, staff were lovely and went the extra mile! We were there for my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable for him! The food was amazing and couldn’t fault the service in the bar or restaurant at both breakfast and dinner time. The hotel has amazing views over the loch and it’s so easy to access the loch cruises from the hotel also. Definitely will be back!

Excellent location. Great view of Loch Ness. Great food (tried both dinner and breakfast). Room and washroom are in excellent condition. Very friendly staff. For sure will come again. (Wife requested already)

Super friendly staff, nice little prperty on the border of the lake.

Overall an excellent experience. Triple room was a little small but comfortable with a nice bathroom. Restaurant was great- very helpful with allergen information. We ate there multiple times. Also nice that you could catch a cruise just across the street.
