Really nice rooms, clean, comfortable. Great restaurant with beautiful view of Loch Ness. Very friendly staff.

Excellent overnight stay after a long drive from Liverpool. Clean comfy room with a fabulous breakfast in the morning.We also dined in the restaurant and had a very tasty meal.Very friendly staff would certainly stay again

Hotel room is poor, small, unusable shower, very low water pressure. However the restaurant was nice with excellent food.

Wonderful place to stay, incredible staff, service and restaurant. The bartender and dinner wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The room was a bit dated and small. Overall, an excellent stay.

Nice, quiet hotel with Loch Ness views and a restaurant. Also the location to get the Jacobite boat tours.

The staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent with a great view of Loch Ness. The rooms are very small and now a little tired. But the bed was comfy and clean.

Great little hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable, the bathroom in our unit was recently remodeled. There is a restaurant/bar with good food and a wonderful view but the service is SLOW. Price was just right, I would book again.

I’m sad to say that we felt disappointed while staying here. It was the most expensive and least appealing stay of our UK trip. We were very thankful for the beautiful view of the Loch. And we were thankful for the kind and helpful staff. Our disappointment came with the condition of the property. Though the room was very cute and updated, we had several problems. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower wouldn’t drain, my husband had to fix the molding strip on the shower door to get it to close and the WiFi didn’t work. We are always thankful for complimentary coffee and biscuits. However the biscuits were 4 months expired. We loved the view of the loch. But if we looked down from our window, there was a lot of garbage on the ground in the area of the picnic tables. The parking lot is VERY crowded and busy with tour busses. This brings a lot of noise as well. I’m sorry to say we would not visit this hotel again. 🙁

Super happy with our stay! Very comfortable room. Staff was super friendly. Dinner was excellent!! Loved this hotel!!
