Very helpful staff. Breakfast could of done with a bit more variety

Well organized dinner with excellent menu. All inclusive with room overlooking the bay at a reasonable rate compared to other offers in the region. The hotel itself is stretching it a bit graded at four stars but the staff compensate with proficiency and friendliness. The room was standard with comfortably sized ensuite bathroom. The beds are noisy - in all rooms, as certain ‘activity’ could clearly be appreciated from neighbouring guests. Situated in a quaint little bay offering visits to a local island across a bridge and panoramic view of the waterfront of A Coruña city in the Oleiros area; a well kept township with more beaches and places to eat.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious with wonderful views of the coast. Bathroom was immaculate and very spacious. Bed was comfy. TV etc worked fine. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Even there was a wedding in the hotel, we did not hear anything during the night. Plenty of parking at the front door and on the back side. I would really recommend this hotel.

Spectacular view from ocean view room. Very modern decor. Great value with breakfast and dinner option. Free parking a bonus.

This hotel is so very comfortable. It's quiet and serene. Views are beautiful, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great. Excellent breakfast (eggs are a bit runny but that seems to be the way there). Dinner is simple but delicious. I highly recommend this place. Make sure you explore the castle right across the water.

This review is based on the fact they claim to be a 4 stars hotel: - Excellent and friendly service at the front desk during check-in/check-out but no way to have a drink at 11:00pm. No minibar at the rooms. - Super clean rooms but lack of personality. It looks decorated on a low budget. No coziness whatsoever. Only 1 cheap pillow per person. - View on the sea but no balcony. The hotel is well located in the residential neighbourhood of Santa Cruz, 15-20 minutes from Coruña city centre and the airport. It is a nice 60's building but soulless.

There is a glass wall in the room overlooking the bay but a balcony would have been so much better (have a glass wall on that as well). Was at the end of season and they were preparing for a wedding the day we left (had 2 nights here) so we had no access to the patio area either. Best bet was the short walk to the bars on the beach area, cheaper as well. Looking at the detail of the place it seems too big for the amount of cleaning staff they have as there were quite a few grubby areas in the main lobby and bar. Could do better for such a big hotel.

We originally booked this hotel with a request for a sea view but it was not until we phoned before departure from the UK that we learned that this would cost an extra 15 euros a night. We decided to pay the extra but it would have been nice to have had some advice without having to chase our booking request. The hotel was however excellent with nice views over the beach in Santa Cruz towards La Coruna. The buffet breakfast was good with a varied selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
