Badecoach sehr unmotiviert. Sehr lautes zusammen klappen der Liegen obwohl noch Badegäste anwesend waren.

The hotel was nice, staff was extra friendly and welcoming - to both humans and and dogs!!!

Generally, we stayed at the hotel to be able to access the thermals, and that, unfortunately wasn’t worth it. Staying for one night gives you access to it for only a few hours (if your don’t want to miss the prepaid dinner or breakfast). All in all the cost and effort of traveling to LAA wasn’t worth the value for us. Also - the restaurant has a dress code. I understand they didn’t want people to show up in bath robes and slippers, but on the orher hand - it’s a spa hotel for god’s sake. This should be an option! I would prefer to have a snack at the pool than a pseudo fency dinner where our waitress got a talk from the manager because I was in slippers - the only shoes I brought with me - going to a SPA!!! Ridiculous. Anyway. Not coming again, despite the extra friendly staff.

Accomodation - rooms very clean spacious luminous, service excellent, wellness facilities great, food great, staff helpful, weather perfect even not booked nor extra charged🙂

Nice options for sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and swimming. My room (panorama) had no carpet - which was great). The restaurant is very nice, lots of food options for dinner and breakfast, elegant atmosphere and very respectful and friendly waiters. I keep coming back to this therme also because it has a good train connection. Only 10 min to walk or you can call the reception and ask for a free shuttle.

I don't understand why we have to wait in cold on the corridor in front of the Loft Sauna until it gets ventilated, when we could just wait inside with the windows open. Also an aufguss there would be much appreciated. At least an automatic one. The panorama room has no view but just a garden view. Also the window in the bathroom could not be opened.

Everything was very good except the massage experience. Very plain & simple even for 50 min. A bit pricey for that kind. But it wasn't totally bad either. Just that, we didn't feel anything improved after. Not relaxed, not refreshed. Nothing 😏.
