The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was incredible,a large range of food in buffet style and all very fresh. The hotel was in the old city so everything was just out the door. The rooms were clean, and the bed linen was spotless.

The interior was nice, the location as well.

The hotel was nothing special. I am travelling to Plovdiv almost every week and I have a wide experience with all sort of hotels there particularly those in the Old Town. The breakfast was disappointing. The room definitely wasn't clean enough, especially the facilities in the bathroom.

The hotel has very good location that is very close to old town and the room is very quite and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and WiFi works well.

We feel that the room light and shower condition are needed to improve.
