The staff was very kind and nice. The location is great, and the breakfast was very nice.

The cleanness wasn't so good. The bathroom floor wasn't very clean.

The reception is always empty and when I tried to call I wasn’t able to speak to anyone. However, after reaching out on booking the staff was very helpful.

There is self check-in system in the hotel. The receptionist will give you the password and every details before your arrival. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was good. The staff is helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with good size and clean room. Has private bathroom. Conveniently located in a historical old city within 10 min walk to the center. The charming courtyard is a additional benefit. The host Maria was very helpful and responsive to every request.

I enjoyed the position in the old town. The building is a typical one and there is free parking in a private street. Be careful that is a street made of old irregular stones! There is a garden and hot/cold water for free. The lady that welcomed us is very friendly and kind, it was a pleasure to speak with her and ask advices. She made us choose the room we preferred and we chose the light blue one. Each room has got a different colour and it's painted in a traditional typical way so that you can feel the ancient Plovdiv vibe! Breakfast was ok.

Unfortunately the building needs to be renovated. Our room was very dusty and not properly cleaned. There were lots of spider webs. The bathroom is very old with broken parts. Our bed had a short bed sheet so during the night we slept directly on the mattress which is really uncomfortable! The breakfast room is very dark. The lady told us that it's a difficult moment so we wish her and the hotel all the best because it could be a special place!

Shower head was abysmal. Hair all over the “clean” sheets. Free parking advertised - but only if you can find a spot to park in. Bed not terribly comfortable.

The young lady on reception was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We were the only two guests in the hotel We were able to park our car inside the hotel yard behind secure gates. The breakfast provided for us was excellent and very good value. Probably the best breakfast we have had in any hotel in Bulgaria.

The bed was a bit soft for us and the pillows very lumpy. As we were the only guests the central heating wasn't turned on. The bathroom was freezing. The only heating was a fan heater in the bedroom.
