The front garden entry and outdoor area is just delightful! So beautiful and the inside of the hotel is 5 star, only even more beautiful. The attention to detail in decor is second to none. We loved it.

Favorite hotel in the world. Loved Everything! After a long day of travel, we turned the corner to walk through the gate of the hotel and immediately felt calm from the beauty of the garden. And that turned out to be true for every single detail at the Pergola Hotel. The property is beautifully decorated and the breakfast included with the stay was incredible and available only to hotel guests (others are able to enjoy the restaurant for lunch and dinner). The room included still water and port wine each evening. Every detail was thought of and I look forward to returning again. The staff was helpful and kind.

"Fantastic location , lovely hotel and staff."

Fantastic location, lovely staff, very clean and front garden area was great.

No lift, extra €10 for eggs Benedict at breakfast, standard room is open plan but had different levels so a trip hazard, €15/day to park the car.

The breakfast was great. The decor was beautiful and the housekeeper was stellar!

There is no elevator and no bell man. The front desk person has a hard job and can't do it all, including carrying heavy bags to rooms. Desk person could have more local knowledge. More concierge-like abilities.
