Ik vond heet receptiepersoneel vriendelijk maar niet meer dan dat! niks extra...even folder aanbieden en wat uitleg geven etc. Ontbijt was prima maar niets extra's. Weinig vers fruit (ik heb de decoratiedruiven maar opgegeten. Weinig broodkeuze maar misschien was dit omdat we laat waren. Geen verse jus. Locatie rustig en prima te belopen naar centrum. Kamer was perfect. Familie kamer!

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, da das Hotel vom Bahnhof aus bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Allerdings befindet es sich auch entsprechend nah an den Gleisen, sodass vorbeifahrende Züge deutlich zu hören sind. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und vermittelt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Late Check out bis 16 Uhr - 4 Stunden für 55 Euro.

Heute ist das Hotel allerdings deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus wirkt die Ausstattung aus meiner Sicht veraltet – vor etwa 30 Jahren mag das anders gewesen sein. Das Zimmer ist eher klein bemessen. Zudem ist dies das erste Hotel, in dem man meinen Personalausweis zum Einscannen verlangt hat. Damit war ich nicht einverstanden und hätte die Unterkunft am liebsten wieder verlassen. Da die Buchung jedoch über Booking.com erfolgt war, hätte ich in diesem Fall den bereits gezahlten Betrag verloren. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als unangemessen. Mein Ausweis dient ausschließlich der Identifikation; eine vollständige Digitalisierung bzw. das Einscannen halte ich für unzulässig und überhaupt nicht erforderlich: die Kreditkarte wird eher für Deposit hinterlegt (als Garantie für den Fall der Fälle).
