Beautiful . Great views. Walking distance to train. Sloped walk to hotel but doable

Great grand old hotel right in the heart of wengen.

Amazing experience. You have a mountain view from the balcony. Rooms are spacious with awesome services. Hotel staff is also very helpful and customer oriented. My kids enjoyed the stay. Walking distance from Wengen train station which is also a plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, a few minutes away from the train station, uphill. Breakfast buffet was great.

Such a great hotel. It’s a bit of a climb from the train station, but great location and very walkable.

This hotel was so uncomfortable to stay at. There were cobwebs in the room. It was poorly cleaned. The worst part: There was no AC (which is common for the town) but at least have fans to provide for your guests. It’s hot in July, and the rooms are hot without any AC or fan. My kids were sweating in their sleep. I called reception to ask for flat sheets since the comforters were not even close to being necessary and they told me they were out. Ridiculous. The pillows were so flat, it’s like they were hardly there. The breakfast was just okay. There were no tv’s in the room. Rather they had a “tv room” which was a small tv behind the bar in the common area. You’re hosting people around the world and charging top dollar. Have some decency and keep up with the global hotel standards. Overall I am very unhappy about my stay and wish I stayed somewhere else for the money I paid.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Old time charm that my children adored. Nice breakfast offerings in a charming dining room.

We stumbled upon this hotel last min and it’s been the best part of our trip. The staff was so welcoming and the views were breath taking. We can’t wait to go back!
