Riad magnifique Personnel super

I was disappointed with my experience dealing with Riad Lorsya, not because of the property itself, but because of their customer service and lack of flexibility. I needed to reschedule my stay to a later date (not cancel and not to ask for a refund). Despite reaching out promptly, it took nearly a full week to receive a response, and when they finally replied, they simply said no, without offering any alternatives or compromise. This was especially frustrating since the request was reasonable and made well in advance. I booked using a Chase Sapphire Reserve, which typically works with reputable properties that value customer experience, but this did not meet that expectation. Travel plans can change, and good hospitality businesses understand that communication and flexibility matter. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending Riad Lorsya to others, and I would advise future guests to be cautious about booking if there is any chance their plans might change.

> Vriendelijk personeel > Prima bedden > Bij warm weer kun je afkoelen in het binnenbadje of in badje op het dak (helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf te koud om daar gebruik van te maken) > de riad ligt echt midden in de souk

> bereikbaarheid; niet met de auto te bereiken, 10 tot 15 minuten lopen > smalle kamer; je kon niet goed langs het bed lopen > douche; mooie en fijne douche maar de temperatuur van het water is lastig te regelen
