La décoration et le petit déjeuner.

Restés qu'une seule journée sur la semaine prévue avec ma famille, la chambre donnant sur la salle commune la seule pièce avec du WiFi, deux pauvres portes en bois ne maintiennent pas le bruit. Le matin à partir de 7h du bruit, le soir avec le foot du bruit. Arrivée devant le Ryad obligé d'attendre que le personnel finisse sa discussion sur sa moto pour pouvoir rentrer. Arrivés en voiture il a fallu une heure et plusieurs appels pour avoir accès au parking.

Lo mejora la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Disponis les las 24 horas. Nos facilitaron traslados al hotel desde y hasta el aeropuerto, cena el primer día y todo lo que fuimos necesitando. Un personal de 10!. También es un punto a favor la cercanía al centro.

No es fácil la llegada al Riad si no te acompañan el primer día. Contratamos con ellos recogernos en el aeropuerto y nos acompañaron hasta la misma puerta, creo que es un servicio que merece la pena contratar sobre todo si, como nosotros , llegas de noche.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, when I arrived I was introduced to my room without receiving the keys. I had to go downstairs and ask for the keys and WiFi password after a few minutes. I was staying in a terrace suite and I'm glad I had a small electric radiator in my room. The weather was quite cold during my stay.

As others mentioned the location is not easy to find. Honestly, even though I was a male solo traveller I didn't feel particularly safe walking back to the riad at night. There are opportunistic locals hanging around the area pretending they want to help you find your way. They bring you to the hotel and then aggressively asking for money because they showed you the way. This happened to me twice and the second time since I knew the trick I just turned around and changed my way as soon as the guy offered to show me the way. Be very careful!

Struttura e molto pulita .si trova a centro di marrakech. Staff tutti bravi soprattutto karim un ragazzo bravo gentile

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful rooftop.

It was a totally Moroccan Riad experience with decoration and style of building.

We did get daily room cleaning, fresh towels etc. However the floors were always dirty and the towels we soft and had a bad smell, the bath had a blocked drain plug so you had to take your shower with a pool of water on the base! The breakfast was very very basic, no eggs
