Scarborough Travel and Holiday Lodge

Room clean and airy. Bed extremely comfortable and so I slept very well. Service very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I would certainly stay again. Fantastic value for money.

Everything was very good had all we needed would stay here again

Very disappointing. We thought we were booking at a Travelodge Hotel due to the similarity of the name. We arrived at the local Travelodge only to find that we were at completely the wrong hotel, and we then had to walk a long way uphill in the rain trying to find the right place. The member of staff on reception was polite and friendly, but after that everything went downhill. The bedroom door was stiff and difficult to open, and the bedroom was freezing. On a cold, wet day, this was not we were expecting. I had to turn the radiator on myself and even then it was lukewarm. The thin curtains barely met, and the bathroom was cold and basic. The towel was poor quality, threadbare and scratchy. The television was tiny and so high up on the wall that it was practically hanging from the ceiling.

Really nice hotel good location and free car parking

This is our second time of staying here, there were 4 of us staying in 2 rooms (2 couples), we love it here. The rooms are quite small but come with en-suite and are clean and fresh, we asked for rooms together when booking and we got this. The breakfast set us up for the day 10/10 for that. Its great to be able to park on site and about a 15 min stroll to the beach and town. You can sometimes hear the other guests in there rooms but thats not the hotels fault as the walls were solid in our room its just other inconsiderate guests. At the end of the day if you want 5* pay for 5*. We love scarborough in march and will be back again to visit Scarborough travel and holiday lodge. Thank you for a great few days

I planned a weekend in Scarborough for my daughter to do the sea life centre, museum and alpamare swimming baths, booked into the Scarborough travel and holiday lodge and was happy with what we got, clean comfortable room, friendly staff and a nice breakfast before we left... I have no complaints and would stay there again if I was going to stay over in Scarborough

Been here before and enjoyed our stay,this is why we booked for the second time and will be booking again in the next coming weeks

Beautiful clean, recently refurbished room (number 11) only small problem was wi-fi in that room. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Good that it had parking too. Thoroughly recommend it.

Generally basic accommodation. Some form of surface or shelf to put non hanging clothing on would have been nice.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel for one night. Staff are really nice and pleasant. Peter was very helpful, we were asking him so many questions about different places, really nice and helpful man. I would stay here again, everybody was so nice. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice.
