Scarborough Travel and Holiday Lodge

Driveway- greeted with pools of dog wee running down. Annexe- handrail to 1st floor very sticky & unclean. Bathroom- the shower cubicle with red mould on sides, toilet handle thick black dirt.

Room was very cramped, only one person could move about. Not ideal if you had young children. In need of the decor being updated and sound proofing. We could hear the people in the next room talking and doors being banged shut.

The hotel room was lovely, very clean and the beds were very comfy. Our only negative was that the bunk beds were really squeaky and the walls were quite thin between rooms but other than that we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was great and the staff were quite friendly too

Room too small, cramped space and the flats/rooms opposite could see straight into our room. No room to park or manoeuvre. Not good

The room was only big enough for a double bed. Found someone's medication underneath it and a child's hat.

Very welcoming.. cosy room not to far from the beach.. overall happy with our experience would definitely go back

Greeted by a very polite gentleman, so we were off to a good start, but the room was basic things went down hill as there were fleas in the room from which myself & daughter were bitten ( we must be juicy as we had quite a few bites). The breakfast had to be the highlight of the stay as that could not have been improved on, nice cooked breakfast & plenty of choice. Having complained whilst there about the room also sending email direct to hotel on our return home, we have heard nothing about our complaint. We may have just been unlucky but ignoring our complaint isn't good customer relations

Decent room clean and tidy. A little small, but OK . Good breakfast

Room clean but very small, the bed had metal night lights either side of the bed, one side the light is actually in the bed instead of at the side and as its screwed to the headboard it couldn't be moved, I banged my head on it a couple of times and the corners are quite sharp. Bathroom was extremely small not much room to dry off after a shower. Expected more for the price of the room.

Bed very comfy, good choice of breakfast, hot & cooked well. Room ok bathroom needed attention.
