Quiet and clean and affordable. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Continental breakfast was good with a number of options and was well stocked.

The man who checked us in was rude and unfriendly. Can’t believe this is the first complaint that you have received about him. Also, the tub filler was loose from the wall, the hairdryer didn’t work, and the bath towels were old a very thin.

I arrived to check in today (reservation made earlier) No one in the lobby. A sign said to call a number for 'immediate assistance". I waited about 15 minutes before I called the number. I immediately received a text that said, "I'll call you later". I text back and asked when I could check in with no response. About 30 minutes later a young man came to the lobby. I asked to speak with the manager of the property and he said that was there phone number that I had called. I left and reserved a room across the street. Pathetic...

"Female spending one night alone. Person checking me in was on personal phone call, told the person to wait a minute."

Checked me in with person waiting on his phone able to hear our conversation. He said my room number out loud! Did not feel safe! Baragated door and slept with gun. Waited 15 minutes to check out. Yelled, knocked and no one came! Left room card!

Everything was great except the walls are paper thin.. Me and the girlfriend had an absolutely wonderful, amazing and romantic night. Annnd then the guy in the next room coughed and litterally sounded like he was in the little closet in our room...

Staff refused to let me speak to the manager and kept saying he's not in and his hours are unpredictable. I called corporate who just transferred me back to the front desk. I am still unable to speak to the manager to this day about my reservation.

Check-in clerk was unfriendly. Gave us our key and walked away. Breakfast had only a few eggs and one sausage available even though there was over an hour left on the stated service times. no one ever came out to check on the food and no one was at the counter to check out
