Todo , la ubicación tienes la playa justo al lado tienes cerca muchos bares y kioskos. Lo que más me gustó la piscina de los peques disfrutan a tope allí. Y el trato de los trabajadores excelente

La animación para los peques estupenda. Capuchino se portó genial con mi niña, la consideraba como su sobrina y todo. Un encanto! Los camareros del comedor también, es más, me dejaron llevarme la comida varias veces para que la peque comiera porque se quedaba dormida a la hora del comedor. En general el personal súper agradable y atento. Las instalaciones estupendas excepto los ascensores que solo habían dos y demasiado flujo de gente. Había que esperar mucho para cogerlos, sobre todo en la hora punta de las comidas. La piscina para los enanos genial, disfrutó muchísimo y no se quería salir. La mujer de la limpieza un encanto. Tuvimos un problema con el cartelito para que no molestaran y aún habiendo terminado su turno nos preguntó si queríamos que la hiciera y aún así la hizo. Simpatiquísima. ¡Todo chapó!

We keep coming back to this hotel year after year. Its literally in the middle of everything! Rooms - we stayed in room 3005, right on the bottom floor. It was safer due to having 3 small children we could just let out on the balcony. There was no view, but safety comes before a sea view for us & the children being able to play out made it worth it. We had a small issue with our room the first few days.. however we reported it & it was sorted the next morning so cant complain at that at all! What i will say is the cleaning team are fanatastic! They are there every morning & there was one time we needed some clean towels so found a lady in the corridor & she couldnt have been more helpful! Entertainment - the entertainment around the pool was amazing. My children absolutely loved it! They went round and made sure every single person was involved. The night time shows were good too. My children loved the disco & then the shows at night. My daughters favourite was the magic show! Food - we only went bed and breakfast however there was something for everybody! My youngest loved the fresh fruit, my oldest 2 took full advantage of the pancake and nutella station! We would definatley come again, it was our 4th visit this year & hopefully more to come. We had a small issue & it was sorted promptly! Its very clean & the area itself is really good. Its in the middle of everywhere. Down the steep hill you have the beach and a short walk to the marina, up is a lovely place called the square. Thankyou for a lovely stay and looking after us all! Hopefully be back next year!

Ya es el tercer año y muy bien. El personal del hotel muy buen trabajo y amables sobre todo con mi hija.

La sala de todo incluido, mucho personal se cuela sin tarjeta y arrasa con todo, se que es complicado llevar un control de ello.
