Super pobyt pyszne jedzenie. Super że jest możliwość odbioru z lotniska polecam . Jest możliwość żeby znajomi przyszli do hotelu i mogli spokojnie wejść to jest wielki +++

Minus jest taki że nie ma napojów tylko trzeba dodatkowo płacić za piwo kawę .

Hotel was shabby - needed new carpets, a coat of paint everywhere. Public corridors were never hoovered in bedroom area, there were stains on the carpets and dusty everywhere . Minerals sold in the bar were absolutely not what was advertised and tasted awful ! 250 meters from the beach is down a steep hill, across a main road, down another steep hill and then at least 50 steps to the beach. This should have been made clear to potential guests. Also, very disappointed that Booling.com did not reply to my query about the advertised free transport from the airport to the hotel. When I went to confirm my flight time , the offer was no longer available and my email was not responded to , despite an automated reply saying it would be replied to in 48 hours. Will seriously consider using Booking.com again.

Ubicación excelente. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Buffet completo y muy rico.

The hotel is mainly for families ,not couples , food not too good , mainly ate soup only and you would need to microwave everything as was barely warm . We used the smaller pool as the larger was mainly for children, the sunbeds could all do with a good wash and pool area also not very clean , tables with dirty stains on and never saw anyone wipe over or clean the sunbed area. Wouldn’t stay again.

Sólo dos ascensores y uno estuvo estropeado los dos últimos días. Tuvimos que bajar seis pisos con las maletas.

Todo, excepto las camas de las habitaciones.

Sin duda lo unico que no.nos gusto fue las camas denlas habitaciobes, colchones de muellles???. Joder, eso.ya paso a la historia.... El resto.tanto el.personal,.como la.atencion e instalaciones, muy bien cuidado

Arrived late night, hotel staff quick to book in ..... although we were the only ones at 1am. With the dim night lights on in corridor have to admit wasn't impressed at first but impressed in daylight. Lifts are small it says 6 people but that would be cosy 😜 only 2 lifts and one broke down last day. ALL the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. They all work extremely hard and look like they have pride in thier work. Pools good , sunbeds the mist uncomfortable ones I've ever been on. The pink ones seem to be the better option. The hotel is sparkling clean, although needs attention to structural bits! Chips in walls, tiles etc. Was dazed by the orange tiles in bathroom 😲 bathroom a little outdated but spotless and cleaned daily. Towels daily . Plenty of shampoo and hand wash. Beds were really comfy, could do with some drawers in the rooms as not much storage only a wardrobe that also holds the safe and fridge. Asked for rooms together and a pool view. Which we sort of got, a room between us. The usual hotel entertainment, the kids seemed to enjoy there part of the evening anyway . The hill is ok after the first attempt, gets less daunting 🫪 I'm a fuzzy eater so have to say the food was lovely, so much choice. Food replenished as soon as getting low. The only gripe is the ice cream scoop, nothing to rinse it in and kids licking it and putting back in......you have been warned. Overall an excellent holiday hotel. 10/10 for the pool man he works hard and any behaviour that was antisocial he nipped in the bud with skill and humour. I would give the hotel 3* just for the outdated appearance and lifts. The service and food deffo 4*
