A little out of the way. Had all the features of an A hotel at a smaller, less fancy level.

I had to get off of 75 at this exit due to the weather. I had to work early the next morning. I had laundry I needed to do. I waited in the lobby 20+ minutes. This is just not what I was expecting. It brought me to this hotel instead of the Marriott I wanted to stay in. This is 3 times we have had bad experience. My boyfriend is a truck driver and I am a traveling nurse. We like your hotels, but the experience lately is turning us against them. We don’t want to be. With our jobs we want to continue to hopefully stay in them because we can always find them. We were looking into your Hotels in Hawaii. We also stay in Northern Ohio a lot and Florida. Thank you for your time.

Secondary exit door not working from the outside, safety lock on room door did not work properly, microwave door handle loose. Friendly front desk staff, clean but dated carpets, big bathroom, good breakfast, eggs, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal 4/5

The staff were very nice. Aside from that the stay was terrible. We complained about the constant marijuana smell in the building and even sent an email to Marriott when it got so bad that I couldn’t sleep because the smell was so strong not just in the halls but in our room. The building was not clean and the room we were in had damaged carpet and lots of cosmetic issues etc. The building wifi was out for 2/3 of the time we were there, which normally isn’t bad but we were there for a long stay and needed to be able to work. Marriott said a manger would get in touch with us, but that never happened. We contacted corporate again and never had a reply back. We should not have been charged for the full stay if the hotel didn’t provide what they agreed to.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a welcome nicety. It was very good with lots of options for those with different dietary needs. Property feels slightly older - and there were boxes in the hallways (just looked messy) - but the stay was uneventful and the rooms were comfortable.

Short-staffed, I understand. However, please communicate there will be no housekeeping for the duration of a 10 day stay at check-in. Transparency goes a long way. I recommend travelers stay at one of the other hotels steps away in the Miller Lane area.

The rooms amenities were poor or didn't work

I liked the fact that we had a couch and the kitchen but no wine glasses and the property over all was a bit beat up.

The hotel was perfect for our five night business trip. Clean, helpful staff, very quiet, good location with lots of food options, laundry room, and breakfast. Would be good option for those with non availability letters from WPAFB.

I know they’re short staffed but, the room wasn’t very clean. No toilet paper needed extra blankets
