It was nice having a walkable area to walk our dog, but the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, and the robe hook was broken off. The elastic on the bottom sheet was loose, and it popped off during the night, and the remote on/off button was broken. The front desk people, however, were friendly, polite, and helpful.

The stay and facility was very nice. Reserved the 1st night via hotels.com, no problem with that. Decided to stay another night and also paie via hotels.com. however the 2nd night was also billed to my debit card as well. Have been back for 4 days and have talked to the hotel 4 times, pretty sure they are going to reverse this additional charge but have had no success yet. Frustrating.

Very nice. Clean trendy and nice staff. Lots of restaurants and right off highway..Love these suites!

First, there is no room service. So no one to give you clean towels daily/empty garbage. No one made that aware to us so we had to go to the front for clean towels and more garbage bags. Second, I dont think they actually CLEANclean between stays. There was pink slime mold around the tub, there were spots on the cushions of the couch, the sofa bed had 2 huge stains, there were things under the one bed (a duplo lego and a rock) from a previous guest, the beds were hard as a ROCK, We had 3 burnt our bulbs in the room when we arrived. We had them fix them the following morning because no one was there after check in to replace them. The kitchen ware provided was not clean. The pan for the oven had crumbs all over it plus there were lots of crumbs between the stove and the countertop. The electric burners didnt really fit into the stove so they kind of stuck up, I didnt try to use them but they didnt look safe to use. We did use the oven once and it was functional. Also, there was only the top blanket left in the bag of linens for the sofa bed. It was like the sheets were used and never replaced. All the beds need mattress covers. Positives: The room layout is great. When the doors were shut you couldnt hear the other Tvs so it was nice and quiet. Having a full fridge/table and 4 chairs was great to have. I did check the beds for bugs and they were clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. I dont think I would stay again JUST to have a cool room.

Had to leave early due to weather. Forced to change rooms on the first night due to no hot water. The fan in my room made a knocking sound all night. Pros: Large spacious rooms.

Great staff! Free parking, good location. Easy access to multiple attractions.
