Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Only dissapointment was breakfast. Went down at 9 am, there was only hard boiled eggs and cereal with milk. Wnet back down at 9:30, staff was cleaning up breakfast that was listed to run till 10 am.

We walked in and walked out - after taking pictures. Literally the worse Marriott I have ever seen. We felt dirty walking into our room. And they wouldn’t refund us because we checked in (but I’m not sure how you see your room without checking in) HORRIBLE!!

At first glance the rooms looked really nice but when the sun hit many of the appliances and other furniture, including the table and chairs, they were really dirty. It looked like they only cleaned the table top not the chair backs or seats. Even the side of the table was dirty. It looked like dried on food and spills. The appliances were not wiped off or if they were, they were not dried to get the smears of the stainless finish. The carpets looked clean but they were sticky along with the bathroom floor. It seemed like they used a spray cleaner but never rinsed off with clean water. Our daughters pillowcase had stains on it and she ended up using a towel to cover it. The staff was really friendly and courteous to our requests. They were excellent in getting us checked in early. Unfortunately I did not notice all of the problems until the morning right before we had to leave or I would have complained while we were there. I just really expected more from a Marriott.
