I got a balcony that showed a beautiful view in the picture , but my view was a noisy industrial thing blocking the view. I shouldn't have had to pay the extra for the balcony.

I loved the lobby area of the Hotel. They really have it decorated beautifully. It almost feels like you’re walking into a living room of an expensive home.

I did not like that they do not provide microwave and a fridge inside each room. I never finish my meal when I go out to restaurants and I always like to have a refreshing cold beverage in the fridge when I wake up in the middle of the night. So it’s super inconvenient to have to get up, leave from my comfort space, and go all the way down stairs to warm up my food and get a beverage.

The walk out balcony was worth it. Amazing view. The room was very nice and comfortable. Black out curtains 👍 Very close to the Chandler Fashion Center and lots of nearby dining options. The hotel has a starbucks

"Decent Stay"

Pros - Friendly Staff, Location near shopping and restaurants. Pool was clean, Price was good Cons - Location is across from power plant and next to freeway (noisy, being ear plugs), rooms need attention (paint, no trash can in bathroom) I likely wouldn’t stay here again. I think there are other places in Phoenix that would be better. The proximity to the power plant was not good. I would compare this to more of a Hampton Inn, and I was looking for a true Hilton Hotel experience.

Very underwhelming, especially for "King Suite". From the oldest TV I've seen in a hotel in 3 years, to dirty carpet, and a faded chair. Even the bathrooms tissue roll didnt even exisit and it was just sitting on the counter. Theres nothing "King" or "Suite" about this place. Save your money or just stay at a Motel 6 and youll get tje same if not betyer experience.
