I first stayed at this location for my grandson's wedding in 2022. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay! I've stayed here whenever I'm back in Chandler. :)

"Dusty old hotel"

This is the second "hilton" hotel i have stayed in and if rather stay in a hampton by hilton which ironically is considered the budget option within the chain. Its very dated very poorly maintained, lacked basic amenities. Location is the only positivity as there is a large shop g complex less than 5 mins away. The entry key lock gave us an electric shock on every use and lighting was poor there is one small light ad you enter and a lamp thats it

we had a king-junior suite on the 6th floor (618) the air-conditioning unit was on the roof directly over the bedroom and sounded like a jet plane was up there...very difficult to sleep.

"No Complimentary Breakfast"

The listing said that there would be free breakfast but there was not. This was a selling point for me, so I was VERY disappointed to find out there was not breakfast provided. Also, when I got there, my ironing board was broken. I had to put 2 requests in before they got me a new one.
