Hampton Inn & Suites Childress

The front desk staff were helpfully, friendly and respectful. The room could use some maintenance as the caulking and the tiles are coming loose. I requested a late check out for 1pm and standard check out is at noon however the cleaning staff decided to pound on the door at 9:45am like they where police serving a search warrant.

Not as nice as before. The room was very dusty, so we cleaned it ourselves. There was no remote, so had to pick one up at front desk. The room lacked a lamp or light at the desk.

I Liked The Stay Overall. Beds Were Very Comfortable. Our Room Was Nice And Clean. The Breakfast Was Amazing Lots Of Varieties To Choose From. The Staff Was Very Attentive And Polite.

I Don't Have Anything Negative To Say About This Hotel. Everything Was Perfect!

Nice clean room. Had a bulb that was flickering over 1 bed.

This was an overnight stay on our way to another destination. The hotel was easy to find in a good location, with a few food options within walking distance. The foyer and outside of the hotel were lovely. The staff friendly and inviting. The room was well sized and comfortable however probably requires some updating. However we were happy to overlook this because of the friendly nature and staff and surrounding area.

We came in super late after a day of traveling. We called to make sure we could do a late check-in, and they were so nice to accommodate us! Beds were comfy. Room was great. Breakfast was good, although the coffee was tepid at best—BUT there is a Starbucks just down the way. We would def stop here again. Thanks!
