Hampton Inn & Suites Childress

Room was not vacuumed stuff all over floor and bathroom dirty, wondered about sheets. No soap in bathroom got from desk. Check in staff were good and doing best they could with internet down and unable to make keys. Also bathroom in poor shape, toilet seat completely loose, tightened it myself so it could be used. and floor grout in very poor shape.

Breakfast area

Rooms are in disrepair! Floor tiles in bathroom are coming loose and broken, shelving is broken, picture mounted on wall is crooked and unable to adjust, sticky grossness on nightstand plugs.

Great place for a quick over night while travels north with our dog. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast to get us on our way.

This location overall seemed nice, however for the price it would be nice to have better coffee maker in the room. The shower stall was crumbling and rusted

Location was good.

$50 PER DOG pet fee, which wasn’t announced til check-in. With 2 dogs, it increased what was a reasonable room cost to an unreasonable $250. Hotel said Booking.com was supposed to advise of this at time of booking.

Great. Except the pool was closed

The room itself was nice. The bathroom area however was in pretty rough shape. The shower was small, the tile on the floor was loose and most of the grout was loose or missing. The bathroom sink had been broken and roughly epoxied back together. Sink handle was very loose.
