Good location

Easy to get too

Had a problem getting into the room. Door would not work easy. Also the charger for your phone would not work. Had to go buy one.

Clean and confortable

Probably needs a remodel. Cig burns on sink and tub, probably been there 20 years

The sink was partially clogged so the water would back up and the bathtub should probably be replaced. The area around the motel was very dark and not lit very well.

we checked in and went downtown for supper. My wife was checking coffee for morning and we found a bug and swatted it. Checked coffee tray and found another bug. We asked for refund but manager refused .Said they don't have bugs after showing bugs to him. Had to file dispute with credit card company. If he reinstates charges will seek other form of relief. Had bugs identified as cockroaches . We do not sleep were there are bugs. We decided to drive home and miss second day of Clay County fair. Had to clean suitcases outside so we didn't bring cockroaches inside our home.

We've stayed here many times. It's not a 4-star hotel, but it meets our expectations. A good value.

Clean and recently remodeled rooms

The location was great.

It's an old hotel and the free breakfast didn't have many choices.

The first room they gave us smelled like an ashtray. We went back to the office and they gave us another room. That room smelled moldy. The whole place seemed rundown. The rooms felt dirty and musty even though they may have tried with new carpet and bedding. We asked for our money back and went to another hotel.
