"South T at its best!!!"

Love staying here!!! Checkin remembers us & puts us in same room so it’s like coming home!!! There are renovations being completed & every consideration given to customers! Easy access to best breakfast in Spencer on same tarmac & best brewed coffee on tarmac across street…truly a south T experience!!!

It is unable to make the exterior of this property look any better than its former Motel 6 exterior. We did appreciate the upgraded rooms.

This is a very comfortable place to stay…comfortable beds, handy to breakfast cafe, & a fabulous coffee drive thru in the parking lot across hwy 18!! A great prime steakhouse within 1/2 blk! South T is the place to be…

Rooms are open to the outside, so security marginal. The bathrooms were showing a lot of wear and there were hairs in the bathroom shower when we got there. TV remote battery was low and had to manually operate it. Carpet felt dirty and room was very dark. Not very impressive and glad it was only for one night.

"Appreciated the large clean room."

Breakfast was ok. Nothing extra special. Appreciate the cleanliness of our room. Had a problem with an electrical outlet but the front desk helped with it and it worked fine.

Really feel the price was way to much!
