The toilet didn't work, howe, was fixed upon first call. Spider was at home in the bathtub. They did let me check in early as my room was cleaned.

Easy to find Lots of room in room Check in and out quick Parking lot well lit Bed comfy

I was a quiet place to stay

Room was okay. Overpriced and breakfast was less then expected. Never could get any ice,

Next to a nice restaurant and shopping ,gas and other places close by. Room was nice a little outdated but not bad. Shower control as for temperature was a little confusing. Quiet evening.

Just maybe update it more to provide for today's electronics. And maybe nicer towels.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! There were holes in the shower, stains on all of the bedding, I was told housekeeping was off for the weekend, the furniture and bedding had holes, and an adjoining room was complaining about bugs. I spoke with the manager and let him know I was uncomfortable staying there and requested a refund and he screamed at me. He called me greedy and refused to refund my stay. I was traveling for a funeral and exhausted upon arrival. I paid and still chose to leave the room and stay elsewhere due to being uncomfortable and fear of retaliation from the manager.

Easy location to commute to Okoboji. Clean, and comfortable room. Zero complaints, however could have better shampoo and conditioner.

It was more than expected for the money.
