The Lodge at Kiln Creek Resort

The facilities were wonderful. The service was superb. My only complaint was the furniture. Although beautiful, the raised table in the room was not comfortable and the desk chair was uncomfortable. The mattress was fine, very firm. The height of the bed was extreme.

Very nice hotel . the Bathroom is VERY SMALL but nice with nice toiletries . located right on gulf course. Very clean and sanitized. Took forever to find food delivery, the restaraunt aas closed due to power outage

I love this tucked away place- off the beaten path but great service and an excellent restaurant and setting....

We liked the property and general facilities. In particular, Jan at the bar was terrific. The floor in the restaurant area needs cleaning or replacing. Our room (102) was nice BUT bathroom was 1) a bit tight, and 2) the toilet was not secured to the floor, and 3) the shower was not well finished.

The area and property was beautiful. The restaurant food was fantastic and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend.

Amazing clean welcoming will definitely stay here again

I love this property! The staff was attentive and did an excellent job accommodating any request. The rooms were adorable and thankfully very clean. The food and view of the gold course from the veranda was nice each morning. I’d definitely stay again!

Nice place! Would stay here again. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioner and air humidifier in the room were very loud at night.

The resort is pretty. The hotel and rooms are clean. I really thought it was a little bit outrageous that they made us pay for early check in when we arrived at 1.30pm and had to pay $20. I also asked for a late check out(12 instead of 11 am) and they wanted to charge me other $20 for a late check out. Usually even 5 stars hotels allow you to stay until noon with no extra charge.

Property overall nice. Staff nice. Food was good. BUT, Rooms old and hotel part of property is way outdated and a bad value for what is. Way overpriced.
