The Lodge at Kiln Creek Resort

Our room was very clean great view from our room of the golf course.

The facility was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I regret that I went through Expedia and I will never use this sight again. Poor service.

A good quiet place to stay with friendly staff. A short drive from town, but easy to drive.

We don't play golf, so we're not the target audience but the room was nice.

I absolutely 💘 the location. The room was clean and comfortable, however the walls are a bit thin. I could hear normal conversational talking in the adjoining room.

So my husband and I recently got married and wanted to spend the night at this hotel. I had called Expedia and made sure we would be able to check into the hotel around 4 am and I was told “yes of course that will not be an issue” so we get there and had to walk around the property trying to find the office which I guess was closed so we ended up calling someone who let us in to be checked in. After I explained what Expedia had told me she said I would not be able to check into the room early and the best she could do was a discount on the room. Which I was a little upset about because it was 4 am I mean we already paid 250 for the one night and why we just couldn’t check in early without paying almost 150 more is just crazy to me. But whatever I realized it was policy so I wasn’t even that mad about it. The part that ruined it for me was the condition of my room. I was so tired and I just wanted to get some rest that was until I had found big streaks of what appears to be blood on the toilet and bathroom floor, long black hair on sink and in shower, and on some of the pillow cases. I was so disgusted by all this that I decided to just leave and didn’t go back. Even my husband was pretty upset with all this but he didn’t want to let the room got to complete waste so around 8 pm last night he took our two older boys back to hangout and I stayed home with the little kids and watched movies here. I am so so disappointed that our chance at a small romantic getaway was ruined :’(

The location is Ok but if you do not return the room key card, you will need to pay $50 for the loss.
