Grand Velas Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

Ixamar, our concierge was fantastic! All the service was outstanding but she was proactive and accommodated all of our many requests timely and with a smile. Everything at this resort from the service to the food, entertainment and each staff member was perfect. I’ll dream of this vacation for years to come!

Our concierge Alfonso was great! He made our stay very delightful and was always eager to help. Our waiter , Eli, at one of their restaurants had so much energy and was a great server. Last shout out was to our pool bar staff. Karla did a great job for us. Great views Great service Will be back!

2nd time here. Beautiful property, pool is very large and clean. Swim up bar with popsicles was a hit for my 5 year old. Aaron was our concierge and was very helpful with dinner reservations, spa times, and really everything!!! Spa is one of the nicest I have ever been too, would highly recommend water ceremony before and after massage!

Had an amazing stay with family! Our concierge staff Jeronimo, Braulio & Alfonso were extremely attentive to any needs we had and fully informed us for every opportunity we wished to do. The food and drinks were delicious at every place we tried. This place tops the list in the best running business and facility I have ever seen. Perfection at every angle. We just returned from a 5-night stay at Grand Velas Riviera Maya and had a fantastic experience traveling as a family of four (kids 11 and 13). We stayed in the Zen section, which we would absolutely recommend for families. It’s quiet, spacious, and a great balance of privacy and convenience, with easy access to the rest of the property. What really stood out was how exceptional the hotel was in handling Celiac disease. Our 10-year-old has a severe gluten allergy, and the level of care and consistency across the entire resort was impressive. At every buffet, a chef personally walked him through what he could safely eat, and every restaurant was clearly prepared for his arrival in advance. That kind of coordination gave us real peace of mind. Like most kids, he found his favorites and stuck with them, but the options were always there. He ate incredibly well all week, rotating through gluten-free pasta with butter and parmesan, grilled chicken and steak for dinners, and plenty of gluten-free pancakes, bacon, and eggs at breakfast. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and seamless. The concierge service was also excellent. Ximena Pineda took care of everything from dining reservations to activities like snorkeling, jet skis, and canoeing. She was responsive, organized, and made the entire stay feel effortless. More broadly, the spirit of the staff is what really sets this place apart. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly in a way that never felt forced. We love traveling to Mexico because it always feels like home, and this property embodies that feeling in a big way. All in, Grand Velas Riviera Maya has quickly become one of our top destinations. We’ll absolutely be back.

My wife and I were treated to an amazing experience at Grand Velas. Our concierge people, Jessica and Luis, made sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular throughout our vacation. They even delivered a balloon bouquet for my wife to celebrate her birthday. This resort has everything you need to ensure a relaxing and fun vacation. It is worth every penny. The rooms were immaculate, including a jacuzzi and plunge pool. The housekeeping staff came multiple times throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed in our room, including keeping it very clean and tidy. Not to mention an amazing Michelin starred restaurant on property, which is part of the all inclusive package. We hope to return to Grand Velas again, as all other inclusive vacations have now been ruined by this remarkable experience. Bravo!
