Nice

The hotel is fine for a business or holiday. There are no bells and whistles and is very dated.

The hotel doesn't really qualify for 4 stars in my eyes, 3 star is the best case.1. Internet is given by portions of 3 hours, not convenient at all. 2. General feeling is that it is built 20-30 years ago and was never renovated. 3. Bathrooms must be full renovated. 4. More electric sockets to be added. 5. Electric keys must be provided (not it is a steel key with Huge trinket. 6. A few times in order to speak to a proper person from the hotel's staff I had to go through 3 persons. Sometimes I was promised smth by housekeeping and the just didn't do and didn't call me to explain delay or apologize, simply forgetting about me. 7. In my initial room, Internet reception was absent. The hotel was quick to move to another room with proper reception. Otherwise - the room was big and clean, and fridge also big that is nice. Location is ok, 5-10 min from the center.

Clean, full service hotel but removed from central city.

We had an excellent stay at this lodge and would go there again. The staff were very helpful, the room was lovely, the food very good and we had a couple of great game drives with their drivers. All in all a great place to stay.

Hotel seems to focus on German tour groups as the main business. From a business travellers point of view my main issue was the inefficiency of the WIFI in the rooms. I had planned on working in my room but had to keep going to standby the lifts or go to the lobby to get the WIFI signal. I was there 4 days and the menu is a bit limited if you are having lunch and dinner in the hotel every day. Breakfast buffet was okay but nothing special. The bar services did not have fruit juice unless you like it from a tin. Gardens and gym were nice if you have any free time. Some very helpful staff, some not so helpful - like most places I guess !

Like many of the comments here we knew what we were getting. Hotel looks stunning from the outside grounds are beautiful and looks like a full scale resort. Hotel is clean and linen is clean. Hotel on the inside is very dated and needs to be upgraded in all areas hotel rooms and eating areas. Was a good trip back to the 80's.

It had all of the services we needed. The most valued were: free internet, free shuttle service throughout the day to the local mall and downtown, free locker storage for baggage for times between excursions, wonderful breakfast buffet included that had the best corn fritters ever and a good dinner buffet available. Cosmos, one of the porters, deserves special recognition for his great customer service.

We stayed at Safari Court Hotel for one night as we had connecting flights on different days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't explore the area as we were just passing though, but our needs for cleanliness, early breakfast, money exchange, booking of taxi etc were met to our full satisfaction. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Ok hotel. Room nice. Staff responsive to problems. However we had sheets with hair in them and had to wait for them to be changed to go to bed. There were no washcloths. Phone in room could not call out so had to walk down to desk each time we have problems. I would rate this a three star hotel.
