Mövenpick Hotel Windhoek

The hotel was okay however, the rooms need a serious makeover

Hotel that us easy to find an offers everything a traveler needs

Numerous calls throughout the night so got no sleep and they ended up double charging us.

Rooms need a sprucing up... Pool area very nice but the staff is slow serving drinks and food. The spa is very nice as was the massage I had. Room keys are huge and old fashioned... I guess they do not want you to steal he key!! The staff was very helpful in making transportation arrangements and reservations out of the hotel. Internet data so limited that we needed 10 vouchers just to check emails and surf the web. Food was average.

During my short stay I was bitten by bed bugs in the room and there was a dreadful stench of sewerage throughout the stay

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.The hotel is OK but needs an update - the door keys are the old fashioned type with large key fobs to carry around. Wifi was OK but I was told that they're upgrading it soon and so expect great things. The swimming pool was great. Recommended, especially once the Wifi is upgraded.

Hotel staff barely attentive/responsive to guest. Overpriced by any standard, hotel is old, rooms beyond outdated. Not anywhere close to a 4 star hotel

Staff all nice and helpful. Shuttel Van a nice extra.

All employees were nice and helpful. Very good breakfast and dinner buffets. Shuttle van service to Mall and center of Windhoek a very nice extra.
