Clean and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Breakfast is just fine. Need some more variety of food.

Our room can hear all noises from outside. Air conditioning is loud as well.

It was an affordable price, and we appreciated the breakfast option, along with the pool and whirlpool

One of the 3 rooms we rented had endless issues,(no AC, a sink that leaked to the floor underneath) and they finally got moved to a new room. Our room had a lifted tile that I caught my toe on EVERY time I came out of the bathroom. The rooms were very worn down. (updates overdue!) And finally, there was a line for the waffle machine on Sunday morning (including our 7 yr. old granddaughter) when the worker came and took all the batter and shut it down right at 10:00, even though the line had been there for 15 min. because people were making multiples. We had a LOT of tears of hunger and disappointment. She was excited to finally have time to make the waffle and then shut down. Her sadness was palpable to all around, and even had others going to bat to try to get the worker to at least bring batter for her. The Pool & Whirlpool were not great, with a scummy whirlpool. (but the kids still had a good time, parents, not so much)
