Comfort Suites French Lick

I picked this hotel because it was supposed to have a hot tub. Noone bothered to tell me that not only was the hot tub not working but they didnt even have one. Of course too late now for me to find another place to stay. B@ll S%#T!!

Out of town but very convenient to get back to town and close to lake as well

The night staff at check in was very unfriendly. She definately did not want to do her job. The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable, it was worn out, It had a huge smashed down area where this mattress has been slept on all the time by a larger person. Very Uncomfortable. And in the bathroom the shower mat was all wet. So was this not changed? not dried in the dryer? Overall disgusting

Hotel was close to the area for my vacation spots but was in a quiet area. Nice pool but hot tub was not working.

Everything perfect.

Property is older. Air didn’t work very well. Toilet barely flushed. Too expensive for run down hotel.

The Rooms were nice for the price. Something went wrong with my check in as I had already paid in full and they tried to charge me again on arrival but it did get straightened out in a reasonable time. MY Biggest complaint is they advertise a Hot Tub, the hot tub seems to be permanently closed. When I asked about it I was told it had been closed for repairs. I inquired as to how long it had been closed. Was told it had been closed for several months as long as the person had worked there.

Check in was pleasant. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good - waffles and eggs - location was great - easy to get to close to town. Beds were comfortable. Mattresses were not in mattress protectors - mattress was stained . Did have a stain on one pillow case - looked like a smashed bug - no hot tub as seen in pictures - pool was cold and lots of debris in the bottom- did not smell of chlorine or chemical as a normal pool. Air conditioner worked great the first night - second night it did not want to stay on - assume it was freezing up due to keeping it could which happens . Would stay again

The room was filthy. The surfaces had crumbs and dirt all over them and the floors were dirty. Toilet wasn't clean. Splatters and smears on the bathroom walls.
