Very nice

Was close to Casino! We had to return to frt desk 3 times due to door key not opening our room door. Employee fr desk came up on 3rd try & it "was bad keys", not our inadequacy to use key. My husband stated the breakfast setup at 830/9 am was lacking of several items. Also, we did not see anything on your site about animals being allowed & room close by had 2 dogs in their room, which had we been aware of this, would probably have not stayed in this facility. Also when we reserved room, again on your site, there wasn't anything that i seen come up in regards to military discount. I have never done such a negative review, however, we felt, these things mentioned, we needed to make known. Thank you for asking.

Not at all satisfied w this hotel. Amenities aren’t as advertised. Hotel staff was pleasant. However the hotel wasn’t very well staffed nor was it very clean or sanitary. From the linen to the ice machine it was terrible. Completely over priced for what it was. Disappointing to say the least.

Great hospitality, good service

The room was decent but the light behind the TV was not on. The microfiber sheets are hot and not comfortable. The greatest disappointment was the breakfast. There was no attendant at all. The sausage was white and floating in water. They were clearly not cooked properly. We sat in the dark for a long time before someone finally turned on the lights above the food. In the seven years since we were last here the quality has gone down considerably. The dump trucks racing down the road at 70 mph in a 40 zone is inexcusable!

Website stated hotel had heated pool and hot tub and it had neither. Room was not thoroughly cleaned as I found a spray bottle of cleaning solution in the bathroom along with dirt on the floor. Website needs to be updated as I was here with my grandchildren and made the reservation for the pool and hot tub. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

It is not what I paid for there was no hot tub the room was not what I got the rooms were suppose to be conjoined.the lady even told us they was when checked in.there was suppose to be a jacuzzi did not have one was first time I had my girls together in 6 years first time I got to relax with my grandchildren lock on door kept getting stuck safe did not work there is a spot in hallway kept making us fall there was ants the pool was cold and then one night I had to pay for was 187.00 for one that was because of flooding the doors on pool stayed open the wights in exercise room was broken the keys kept not working.the staff was very nice. The tiles by window kept falling off at pool.we do have pictures.i called main office And never received a call back.i felt stupid because I told my grandkids they could swim but the pool was to cold. The staff was extremely night except for the last that checked me in...but I do appreciate how friendly other employees were to us.

They property was close to attractions, room was comfortable and spacious. Only complaint was the heat/air was loud when shutting off. There is no hot tub as listed on property amenities. Staff was very friendly
