Comfort Suites French Lick

Very clean and quiet.

Hotel was clean but we did not have any hot water. Overheard many guest complaining of the same issue.

Check in was fine. The lady working did a great job and this poor review has nothing to do with her. No hot tub as shown and stated on website. No hot water in eve or AM.

The hotel itself was pretty nice and we were really looking forward to it once we arrived. The receptionist was friendly but spent most of our checkin time complaining about being underpaid, not ideal but not the end of the world. The only big issues we had were apparently the water heaters for the hotel were not working, they knew this and didn't bother to tell anyone. We only found out once we went to shower and then had to ask about it. We had several cheer teammates staying here as well with the same issue and they were not informed either. The pool was also extremely cold.

There is not a hot tub at the facility. Room descriptions on Expedia booking page doesn't match hotel.

The shower had hair all over the walls. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever laid on. The cardboard beds HC penny and sears used to try and sell comforters and pillows with were more comfortable.

Hotel itself was nice, fairly clean with exception of the floors in our room and some stinkbug/ladybugs. Staff was very friendly Dont book here if you want to swim. The room for swimming was cold, everything was soaked (floors were slippery and tables/walls/ceiling coated in water), the pool water was FREEZING and so chlorinated our eyes were burning after 5 minutes. My kids can swim for hours, but we got out after 15 min.

New, clean room, nice staff.

Tv didn’t work when we got the room.. the manager came and finally got it working. Found a used q-tip under one of the pillows. Breakfast was incredible tho.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and clean
