Comfort Suites French Lick

Nice, large room for our family of 5 with a good continental breakfast included. Rooms were clean and no issues.

The pool and hot tub were freezing, apparently the heaters were broken in both.

Pool & Hot tub were broken so had upset kids. Staff was nice & helpful. Breakfast was good.

When we booked are room the photos showed a jacuzzi tub. It didn’t have one or look anything like the photo. The main lights worked sometimes and then wouldn’t. The staff was slow and kind rude at booking. Then found out the hot tub and pool heaters were not working so couldn’t use them. Talked to staff about our room they blames hotels.com and then told me I get what I get. The only thing worth anything here was the breakfast it was good and the cooks were nice. If you have the money save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Proximity to Polar Express and how quiet it was

The only disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not working.

We honestly ended up not checking in. The purpose of staying at the hotel was for the indoor pool. We had Polar Express tickets and wanted to make it a night with some swimming. We were talking to my sister who stayed the weekend before and found out the pool was closed. We called and sure enough it was down. After looking online we found out it had been out for at least two weeks. No one reached out to let us know. I’m sure that is a big draw during the Polar Express time so I feel like that was poor service.

Wonderful.

The staff was very courteous, rooms were clean and quiet.

It was a pleasant stay
