Element by Marriott Houston Vintage Park

The room was dirty with white powder, leaf pieces and pink residue on the counters. Got a different room but they charged us for the premium room. Night desk clerk entered a false report that they had checked with me, and I had accepted the new room when they hadn't. Morning desk clerk told me the manager would be in at 11am, but later claimed they wouldn't be in at all, and they hadn't told me anything. Was very rude and condescending. Manager called later and said they had refunded the difference, but when I checked it was not the full amount, and they claimed the price had changed due to demand. Manager said that I should be glad they took time out of their day to help me as they didn't have to. Eventually received the full discount after contacting Marriot Corporate. Do not recommend staying here.

I had to move from the 3rd floor to the second floor because we had a roach in our room. They wouldn't not even accommodate us for the inconveniences. They said the roaches comes out when the rooms are sprayed. They didn't even give me a credit for having to change rooms. Won't stay there again.

This was my favorite hotel experience so far. Shout out to Rosa and Blanca for their exceptional customer service. I had a really bad day in checking in with Rosa was so pleasant. And then waking up to speak with Blanca made it even better. So clean and so comfy! God bless this property.

Our only issue was the outside light that made it appear like it was always daytime outside. The shade was not blackout quality.

Hotel staff was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms give hosiptal vibes, very small for the price. Just not visually appealing. Would not recommend for that reason only.

Convenient location, looks clean, but bathroom there are ants , shower water was black when you first turned on , let it run few minutes. Breakfast was not fresh…..

Checking staff was not that friendly….

I really liked this hotel but the things I’ve heard from the front desk staff mouth and the managers discussing other employees should be looked into not to mention speaking about people of color and how they are always sagging and smell of marijuana was very distasteful please when speaking about other staff with other employees and talking about other guest nobody’s listening to you haha I will never stay here again but thanks for the happy hour drinks they were great

First the room were not clean. They did changes us to another room. They clean just fast the rooms. My truck window got broken and they didn’t care or just told us that we have signs all over the hotel. It was 3 trucks and 2 days later was another vehicle. The food service Personel were great. Those guys are a 10.
