There was bags of trash in the cupboard under the stove. Old food , drinks and trash. Floors needed to be swept and mopped.

I liked the size, the amenities, the staff were super great. Only issue was the thermostat was set to 65 & we couldn’t change it. So we froze. The bathroom light was super dark. Other than that was a great stay!

"Rude reception desk"

Our stay was fine. We left something behind, they found it and kindly agreed to hold it for us. For reasons beyond our control we came a day early and the young woman at the desk (1:30 October 12) ACTUALLY ROLLED HER EYES at me. So so rude and uncalled for

Nothing was too much to ask and I received a great dining recommendation from hotel receptionist Isabella upon check in!
