Mountain Lodge at Okemo, A Vail Resorts Property

Upgrade to main building with underground parking. Very spacious 2 bedroom condo suite.

Long hall walk to suite.

It was pretty quiet but neat and clean. Indication wasn’t clear about moving the front desk so far from the original location.

The location was great. The Jackson Gore Resort is beautiful! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing there didn't have proper check in directions had to go to another resort to check in

The check in process

At the counter during registration, hotel ask me to pay extra fee for resort , but when booking at booking.com there is no such fee. I rejected the request. It's unacceptable to ask for unstated fee. And the address is wrong, when I get the address from booking.com. They told me to another place 'Jackson gore' , what's wrong with this provider?

nice locations. a bit outdated

Room was ski in ski out as promised. A bit far from town, but right at the base of the lifts. Checked in, stayed in a A building apartment. Day 2, the lock broke on our door. The front desk went above and beyond to get us help, and took care of us while my husband was stuck in ski boots and ski clothes for several hours longer than expected. We were moved to another room after maintenance got us into the original room. We'd give them another chance for sure.

Accidentally purchased my reservation for the wrong date. Minutes after my error I tried to contact Expedia and the lodge, but neither were willing to help me rectify the situation. After years of Expedia I will no longer be using their services. Such an utter failure of customer support.

Drove 4 hours to find out there was no front desk to check in waited out side for 2and a half hours in the cold before bookings told me they could not get a hold of the owner and would I like a refund!!!
